EVENSUN has strict Quality Control procedure, to ensure products stability and quality, to maximize the protection of the interests of the vast number of customers.
WST has 4 steps testing.
1. Material checking : Quality control on new materials, to sort out the qualified and rejected materials before production by hand and machine.
2. Semi-finished products testing: Make all materials which pass first tests to semi-finished products by machine and test those semi-finished products.
3. Finished products testing: Check all products when goods are ready to ensure all goods is good as our planning.
4. QC spot checking: Randomly choose the products to check the quality from the mass production.
